Decir is an important Spanish verb to study!
Decir is an irregular verb which means “to say”, “to tell”: its irregularity makes some forms different from the infinitive, so it’s essential to go through all the tenses to learn how to conjugate it correctly.
Decir is both a stem-changing verb (e becomes i in the stem) and irregular in the first person. The difficulty is memorising the irregular forms, but don’t worry, it’s a matter of practice!
